Adriana

Adriana spent the past decade in the corporate world, working for tech giants Microsoft and Amazon. While there, she held many roles, including in the areas of global security, executive protection,  risk management, business intelligence, new markets, and data analytics. In her various positions, she ultimately focused on achieving well-informed decision-making to help find the best paths to attain specific goals, based on risks & tradeoffs and anchored on data. Adriana has vast experience advising leaders up to VP level, answering the tough business questions, without ignoring the whys, the hows, and the “so whats.”
Her diverse portfolio includes projects such as crafting company-wide evacuation & recovery plans in a flattened  Puerto Rico post Hurricane Maria, creating live action plans for corporate response during political crises abroad, and informing global company policy during a pandemic. From creating countless security assessments around the globe, to finding root-cause for large-scale operational faux pas, Adriana’s forte has always been finding the crucial insight to advise on strategy.
Aside from her career work, Adriana has also freelanced linguistic services, worked with NGOs like the World Affairs Council, and owned and operated a Martial Arts Academy.
